FlirtyLabs Community Guidelines

Last Updated: October 12, 2026

FlirtyLabs is operated by RELATECH LABS LTD. These Community Guidelines explain the standards of behaviour and content we expect across our Services. Read them together with our Terms of Service, particularly Section 13 on moderation and safety complaints, and our Privacy Policy.

These rules apply to profiles, photographs, public content, private messages, attachments and other interactions through the Services. A private conversation is not an exception to our safety rules. Conduct outside the Services may also lead to action where it creates a credible safety risk connected to an account or interaction on FlirtyLabs.

1. Reporting and moderation

Use the reporting tools provided within the Services or email [email protected]. People without an account may also report concerns by email. Identify the relevant profile, message or content, explain the concern and include available identifiers or timestamps. Tell us if the situation involves a child, threats, exploitation or immediate danger.

We review reports and may use automated tools to identify potential violations. Automated screening does not require staff to read each private conversation. Authorised personnel may review relevant material where necessary and proportionate to investigate a report or detected risk. Details of moderation and data handling are set out in Section 13 of the Terms and our Privacy Policy. These processes do not guarantee detection of every violation before someone encounters it.

We prioritise serious safety concerns. A report does not automatically establish wrongdoing. Depending on the circumstances, we may remove or restrict content, warn a user, limit features, temporarily restrict an account, or suspend or terminate it. Serious violations may result in immediate action without a prior warning. We may preserve relevant evidence and cooperate with competent authorities where lawful and appropriate.

2. Spam and misuse of the Services

Do not send spam, distribute malware, attempt unauthorised access, scrape personal information or use unauthorised bots or scripts. Do not evade restrictions, manipulate reporting systems or organise abusive mass reports. Good-faith reports will not be treated as misuse merely because a violation cannot be established.

Do not use profiles or messages for unsolicited advertising, recruitment into schemes or unauthorised commercial solicitation.

3. Hate, violence and other dangerous conduct

Do not promote terrorism, violent extremism, hate-based violence or criminal activity. Threats and dehumanising attacks targeting people because of characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation or gender identity are prohibited.

Do not use the Services to recruit for trafficking, facilitate unlawful immigration, trade illegal drugs or weapons, distribute criminal animal-cruelty content, or arrange other unlawful acts. Do not encourage or assist suicide or self-harm. Seeking help, discussing recovery and reporting abuse are not violations in themselves.

4. Staying safe when moving off-platform

Be cautious if someone quickly asks you to move to another messaging service or external website. You may lose access to FlirtyLabs reporting and account controls, and we cannot control another service’s safety measures. Do not follow suspicious links or share sensitive information under pressure.

If you choose to meet someone offline, arrange a public meeting, organise your own transport and tell someone you trust where you will be. If you face immediate danger, contact local emergency services; FlirtyLabs is not an emergency response service.

5. Privacy and ownership

Do not publish another person’s address, contact details, location, identification documents, financial information or private communications without a lawful basis. Doxxing, account theft and using personal information to harass or track someone are prohibited.

Only upload content you own or have permission to use. Do not infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights. Legitimate reporting to FlirtyLabs, legal advisers or competent authorities is not prohibited by these rules; share only information reasonably necessary for that purpose.

6. Identity and authentic profiles

You may use a screen name to protect your privacy, but you must not impersonate another real person, steal someone’s identity or use their images without permission. Information supplied for account eligibility and verification must be accurate. Do not falsely claim to represent FlirtyLabs, a public authority or another organisation.

Do not create deceptive profiles or use fabricated identities to mislead others. Profile information and photographs must not falsely represent who you are. Do not make false promises of a relationship or an in-person meeting to obtain money or other benefits.

7. No scams or financial manipulation

Do not deceive people to obtain money, gifts, tokens, financial information or other benefits. Romance scams, fabricated emergencies, investment schemes, phishing, impersonation and requests to receive or transfer criminal funds are prohibited.

Do not ask another user for passwords, payment-card details, one-time security codes or identity documents. Do not pressure someone to pay you through an external website, cryptocurrency wallet, gift card or bank transfer.

Platform purchases should be made only through the official payment flow. Treat personal requests for money as a warning sign and report suspicious behaviour.

8. Sexual content and intimate images

Any adult content must comply with the Terms, the rules applicable to the relevant feature and applicable law. Adult-only access does not mean that all sexual content is permitted.

Do not send unsolicited sexual images or continue sexual messages after a refusal. Do not upload or share intimate material involving another person without their consent to that specific use. Consent to create an image is not consent to publish or redistribute it.

Non-consensual intimate images, sexual deepfakes of real people without their consent, voyeuristic recordings, sextortion and threats to expose intimate content are prohibited. So are sexual violence, sexual exploitation, trafficking, bestiality and illegal extreme pornography. Do not arrange or promote exploitative sexual services or use sexual content to threaten, manipulate or control someone.

9. Protect children

We prohibit child sexual exploitation and abuse in any form. This includes grooming; requesting, creating, uploading or distributing child sexual abuse material; sharing links to that material; and arranging or encouraging abuse. These restrictions cover real, manipulated, illustrated and AI-generated material depicting or sexualising minors.

Do not use the Services for sexual roleplay involving minors or people presented as minors. Do not seek to involve a child in an adult interaction.

Report suspected child exploitation immediately. Do not download, copy, forward or attach suspected child sexual abuse material to a report. Identify the account, message or location so that it can be investigated safely.

10. Respect boundaries and consent

Treat others respectfully. You may decline an interaction or end a conversation at any time. Respect a refusal, a request to stop or a block. Do not create another account or use other channels to continue unwanted contact.

Harassment, stalking, threats, intimidation, coercion and targeted humiliation are prohibited. Do not pressure anyone to provide money, personal information, intimate content or sexual contact. Purchasing tokens, sending gifts or having previously flirted with someone does not create an entitlement to their attention or consent.

11. Reviews and changes

If you believe a moderation decision or the handling of a report was incorrect, email [email protected] with your account or case reference and the reasons for your request. An authorised person will review the matter under the procedure in Section 13 of the Terms. We will correct errors where appropriate and communicate the outcome, subject to applicable legal and safety restrictions. This process does not limit rights or remedies available under applicable law.

We may update these Guidelines to reflect changes to the Services, safety risks or legal requirements. The current version and effective date will be available on this page. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law and our Terms.
